  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • We send all products via Australia Post with a tracking number. As I post from a rural location, please allow 2 weeks to receive your package but during peak periods i.e Christmas, postage & handling times could be slightly longer. We do not offer next day or express delivery as it is not available to us as we are located in regional Australia.
  • We ship all orders as standard at a flat rate of $14.00 Australia wide. 
  • Little Echidna Home will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Check shipping information thoroughly before submitting your order.


Returns & Exchange Policy



In the case of faulty products, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.


At Little Echidna Home we will happily refund full price including postage within 14 days of the customer receiving their order if products are faulty.  For damaged/faulty products, please advise us within 14 working days of receiving your delivery via email admin@littleechidnahome.com.au accompanied with a photo of the damaged/faulty item and a description.  Claims outside of this initial 14-day period will be assessed on an individual basis.

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Return shipping charges will be waived for faulty items.



We understand you may want to change your mind, we accept returned goods subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchange or credit is offered for change of mind, we do not offer a refund for change of mind.
  • Please contact us within 14 days of purchase date via email admin@littleechidnahome.com.au with description of product, brief reason and contact details.
  • Purchases are to be returned to Little Echidna Home at your cost before an exchange is offered or credit is issued.
  • Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories.
  • Sale Items - Sale items are not subject to the refund and exchange policy (unless faulty)
